Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit cards, PayPal and SOFORTÜberweisung I have a voucher or a discount code. How do I use them? Vouchers are redeemable online at Itoro.at and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. They are valid 1 year and have no additional processing fees. If lost or misplaced, contact office@itoro.at and we’ll help you out! Can I use multiple discounts at the same time? Unfortunately it´s not possible to combine dicounts on one order. Does the price include taxes and customs? Inside the EU all taxes are included. For international shipments outside the EU, there may be duties and taxes on your shipment that you will be responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Shipping & Returns

Where does Itoro ship to? Worldwide. Where does Itoro ship from? All our garments are shipped from Austria. What does the shipping cost? The shipping within Austria costs €4,50, Switzerland €14,90, Germany €7,50 and to other EU countries €10,90. To Canada&US €19,- Be aware that customs and/or taxes might apply to shippings outside the EU. Shippings to US up to €100 are free of customs. How long does shipping take? That depends on the item you purchased and the destination of delivery. When a product is ordered that means it will be exclusively produced for you.The estimated shipping time is displayed at the product descriptions and also in your order confirmation mail. On demand articles need +/-10 days to arrive whithin Austria. Once the package is on the road 1-3 days, to Germany 2-4 days, outside the EU up to 14 days. Can I track my order? Yes you can. With the shipping confirmation you will receive a tracking number of the delivery company. How do I return my item? You can return your item within 14 days. The shipping costs will be upon you. We can not refund any damaged or lost items. Please insure the shipping. Can I exchange any items? You can return your item and place a separate new order.
